First hand experience

John only discusses training techniques, diets, steroids and techniques he's personally used and found effective. If it's bullshit or it's a waste of time John will tell you straight out, there's no stone unturned and no unclear instructions, if it worked well for John or it didn't work at all for John you'll find out about it in this book. This is massive - saving yourself the health risks, wasted time and wasted funds on experimenting with these things yourself when you can have the knowledge of a veteran at your fingertips.


The primary purpose of John's book is to teach you. He's not trying to up-sell you into some master class or promote his line of shitty supplements. He wants you to know what he knows. What he has learnt through over a decade of first-hand experience. All too often have a read a book, report or comprehensive book article only to find the 'fitness expert' feed you false, questionable and twisted information only to twist your arm into signing up for their expensive product or course at the end of the book or article.
