How To Make Proteinsicles
Proteinsicles or protein popsicles, whatever you wish to call them are a super easy and inexpensive treat you can make in a matter of minutes.

All you need to get started making these popsicles is a blender and some popsicles molds.
Peanut Butter Protein Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop peanut butter whey protein powder
Method:
Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse for 20~ seconds before pouring into your popsicle molds.
Leave to set in freezer for a minimum of 5 hours.
Briefly run under hot water to remove proteinsicles from mold before eating.
Vanilla Protein Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 banana
2 dates
Method:
Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse for 20~ seconds before pouring into your popsicle molds.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 banana
2 dates
