Peanut butter is without a doubt one of my favourite foods (crunchy of course!) but when entering a cutting phase I generally have to come to terms with the fact that the fat content makes it relatively hard to fit into my daily macros.
With fats containing 9 calories per gram I found myself struggling to stay within my current 2800 calorie goal per day (this is a slight deficit) while eating the peanut butter laden foods I love.
