You Are Where You Deserve To Be In Life

Your body, your bank account, your business...

The results we have acquired up to this point are generally a good indication of our efforts.

You could be 40% body fat or 8% body fat.

As we know cutting down to single digit body fat is achievable via a combination of strategy and willpower.

If you are 8% body fat you've taken actions that ensure you deserve to be 8%.

You fought off your cravings for calorically dense foods.

You woke up before the masses to perform your fasted cardio.

You DESERVE the end result because you put in the required actions.

That's the deserve it factor.

You won't get down to 8% body fat by eating everything and anything in sight while simaltaneously skipping every second workout.

You haven't taken the necessary actions to deserve it so you won't get it.

To Get What You Want You Have To Deserve What You Want

Adhere to the deserve it factor and you can turn your dreams into reality.

This isn't a 'law of attraction' manifestation which will instantly help you achieve your goals without resistance.

You deserve a shredded physique by eating strict and lifting heavy.
