10 Quick Workouts To Improve Your Gas Tank

Workout #1 

Complete 8 rounds of the following:

Note: no rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between sets.

10 box jumps
10 KB swings
10 double-unders
10 push-ups

Complete 8 rounds of the following:

Note: no rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between sets.

10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 sit-ups
40 squats

Workout #3 

Perform 10 reps for every exercise, then 9 reps for every exercise etc.
No rest until you’re done.
