How To Make A Protein Slushy

Sick of protein shakes? Want a dessert that isn’t going to derail your diet? Try a protein slushy!
You’ll only need a few ingredients, there’s no cooking and within a couple of minutes you’ll be enjoying a delicious, macro friendly treat!

After you’ve tried a few of the recipes below I recommend adding in extra ingredients and making up your own recipes to suit your taste too.

All you need is a flavored protein powder, small amount of liquid and the desired butters, berries or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Orange Protein Slushy Recipe

500ml low sugar orange juice
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 cup ice

Blend & enjoy!

Lemon Lime Protein Slushy

1 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 box lime jelly (sugar free)
1/2 lemon
1 cup water
1 cup ice

Blend & enjoy!

Banana Berry Protein Slushy

1 scoop vanilla whey
1 diced banana
1 cup blueberries
4 strawberries
1 cup water
1 cup ice
