I personally completed 30 days of this program and trust me it wasn’t easy, Victor will have you implementing new habits regarding the way you dress, the way you eat, exercise and your thought processes, after the 30 days you will emerge a different person…
At times you will want to give up; it will seem like too much although you’re just testing yourself. You’re taming those bad habits and instituting new habits, successful habits that do require discipline as I said.
