 John Doe, much like Victor Pride tells it like it is, there’s no bullshit, false promises or absurd supplement recommendations in No-BS Bodybuilding, John strikes us as a man of integrity that shares his decades of experience in transforming and maintaining a healthy, shredded & muscular physique.

You won't find the same old generic advice, chicken and broccoli diet recommendations, 500 calorie deficits or cookie cutter workouts that are littered throughout the majority of blogs and ebooks out there today.
