What you do upon waking in the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day.

If you get out of bed late, eat junk food and sit around in your pyjamas all morning it comes as no surprise that you’re probably not getting the results you want out of life because you’re starting every day the wrong way…

You must begin your day with small wins.

I'm not talking about crushing your monthly sales figure or blowing your current bench 1RM out of the park...

I'm talking about tiny, tiny goals.

Be it reading 10 pages of that new book on stoicism you purchased or perhaps holding a handstand progression for 5 seconds.

Set yourself up with small winnable tasks and watch your momentum grow.

Say you're going to do something then follow through and actually do it!

Lack of Momentum Kills Optimism

When you're always chasing those massive goals that take weeks, months or years to attain feedback we can get beat down.

We're not experiencing those wins.

We lose optimism because we're lacking momentum.

This is WHY you need to experience small victories each and every day.

The momentum you build hitting your reading goal each day can give you the spring in your step and the positive mental attitude you need to in turn smash those sales figures and 1RM's on the bench press.
