The Top 10 TED Talks
There’s a plethora of TED Talks out there, over the last few years I’ve compiled my top 10 TED Talks for those looking to build an unbreakable mindset, learn about body language, power posing and other physiological ‘hacks’ to help them improve their life along as well as knowledge, motivation and lessons from those (such as UCLA coach, John Wooden) who have achieved massive success in their chosen fields.
If you’re a gym-goer, entrepreneur or just an average guy on the road of self-improvement give my top 10 TED Talks a watch.
Note: My top 10 TED Talks are in no particular order.
TED Talk 1 – Body Language & Power Poses
Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. TED Talk 2 – The Puzzle of Motivation
Career analyst Dan Pink examines the puzzle of motivation, starting with a fact that social scientists know but most managers don't: Traditional rewards aren't always as effective as we think. Listen for illuminating stories -- and maybe, a way forward.
TED Talk 3 – Tiny Habits
What if someone told you to floss only one tooth everyday? Or start the new year, not with grand resolutions, but with a simple challenge.. like ONE pushup a day? BJ Fogg shows us that the key to lasting change does not lie in planning big, monumental changes, but in thinking really, really small. Chosen by Fortune Magazine as one of "10 New Gurus You Should Know", Fogg directs the Persuasive Tech Lab at Stanford University.
TED Talk 4 – Knowledge & Reading
In this talk, Tai Lopez reminds us that everyone wants the good life, but not everyone gets the good life because not everyone is willing to do what it takes.

TED Talk 10 – Fitness & Self Sabotage
Leading executive coach shares insights about how we become liberated when the pain of where we are exceeds the fear of the unknown. She discusses how we get in the way of our own efforts to improve our health, careers, romances, and other priorities — and shows how adopting a childlike openness can start the virtuous cycle of improvement.
