Sick of protein shakes? Want a dessert that isn't going to derail your diet? Try protein sludge!
You'll only need a few ingredients, there's no cooking and within a couple of minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious, macro friendly treat!

After you've tried a few of the recipes below I recommend adding in extra ingredients and making up your own recipes to suit your taste too.

All you need is a flavored protein powder, small amount of liquid and the desired butters, berries or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Vanilla Sludge Recipe

1 scoop vanilla whey

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Cookie Dough Sludge Recipe

1 scoop cookie dough whey

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Double Choc Sludge Recipe

1 scoop chocolate whey

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate syrup

Strawberry Sludge Recipe

1 scoop strawberry whey

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of cream cheese

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Brownie Sludge Recipe

1 scoop choc fudge whey

1 tablespoon of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of cream cheese

2 tablespoons of fat free ice cream

PB Choc Sludge Recipe

1 scoop chocolate whey

1 tablespoon of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon fat free chocolate pudding mixture
