The Best Time To Listen To Podcasts

Well all have dead time, be it time spent on the highway on the way to work in the morning, your evening walk or while you're doing your HIIT training.

Times like these, when you're unable to read a physical book due to having to focus onto another task or hold something in your hands, these are the most ideal times to listen to podcasts.
Just like a book, we can learn a ton of great pieces of training advice, lessons for success, motivation and gain insights into the minds of the greats.

And best of all, podcasts are completely free!

Unlike physical books, kindle books or audiobooks you don't have to fork out a cent to get the benefits and information that podcasts are able to provide.

You don't need to go out of your way and download them either, simply subscribe initially and then let the content filter down to your device, when you've got that dead time I mentioned earlier throw on your headphones and reap the benefits.

5 Podcasts Every Man Should Listen To

Muscle For Life

Podcasts-for-men-7

Hey! My name is Mike Matthews and I'm a bestselling health and fitness author, and creator of MuscleForLife.com. My mission is to empower people to take control of their health and fitness by following a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle that not only gives them the body they've always wanted, but enables them to live a long, vital, disease-free life.

This is without a doubt the best no BS fitness podcast out there. Mike knows his stuff, and just like the content in his books - it shows.
Instead of recommending you 43 different supplements and meal plans Mike actually delves into training, nutrition and recovery techniques that work with his experience and legitimate studies to back them up.
If you're in the process of transforming your physique, this is the podcast for you.

The Tim Ferriss Show Podcast
Podcasts-for-men-5

Tim Ferriss is a self-experimenter and bestselling author, best known for The 4-Hour Workweek, which has been translated into 40+ languages. Newsweek calls him "the world's best human guinea pig," and The New York Times calls him "a cross between Jack Welch and a Buddhist monk." In this show, he deconstructs world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, chess, pro sports, etc.), digging deep to find the tools, tactics, and tricks that listeners can use.

Interviews with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tony Robbins and a number of other high profile guests.
Tim Ferriss' interviews and rapid fire questions are some of the best out there, allowing us to delve deep into the minds of the ultra-successful.

I’m SJ. I’m a fitness enthusiast and published author. I transformed my body from a skinny fat 135lbs with 18% body fat to a solid 192lbs at 8% body fat. I became qualified in a field I was passionate about. I founded several online businesses that allow me to pursue ideas and projects in my life that I am passionate about without having to constantly worry about money. I published several eBooks explaining the training and dieting techniques I used to achieve the body I have today. I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
