No-BS Bodybuilding Book Review by John Doe Bodybuilding

No-BS Bodybuilding!

John Doe, much like Victor Pride tells it like it is, there’s no bullshit, false promises or absurd supplement recommendations in No-BS Bodybuilding, John strikes us as a man of integrity that shares his decades of experience in transforming and maintaining a healthy, shredded & muscular physique.

You won't find the same old generic advice, chicken and broccoli diet recommendations, 500 calorie deficits or cookie cutter workouts that are littered throughout the majority of blogs and ebooks out there today.

I buy, read and get sent a ton of different bodybuilding books and articles to review and 99% of the time I don't review or comment on them because they're utter rubbish. John Doe's work does not fit in this category... from the moment 'Becoming the Bull' dropped I knew this man was legit.

As John Doe himself said:

"Everywhere you look there's garbage and more garbage!
You either have some guy who is obviously on boatloads of drugs and growth hormone who is solely marketing himself off his appearance and not what he can do to educate people in a way they can relate to.

or...

You have some out of shape hater who has nothing better to do than talk trash about the ones who are actually in shape!!

But where is the real information now?

I want to see the real information that people can take and put to use throughout the entire year!!

I want to see more information that yields a body that somebody could be proud to show off at any time."

No-BS Bodybulding is that missing link.

What Does No-BS Bodybuilding Cover?

No-BS Bodybuilding is John Doe’s most comprehensive piece of work to date, from building muscle, finding the right diet for you, supplementation, emotional health & hormones... it's all here.

You won't find any promises of ‘2 quick tricks to shred fat’… the advice and techniques inked on the pages of this book are designed for results, but as always you have to put in the work. You won't get results just by purchasing this book!

No-BS Bodybuilding covers the following:

The 411 on Hormones & Blood Labs

Covering the importance of your testosterone levels, understanding & identifying the symptoms of low testosterone (which will be detrimental to your progress) along with John Doe's thoughts and recommendations when it comes to TRT - testosterone replacement therapy, which John has many, many years experience with.

The important of your kidney health, liver health & cholesterol levels are also covered in depth.

Roadblocks, Plateaus & Your Path To Success

As a family man John Doe knows as you progress in life and obtain more commitments it can be hard to maintain that ridiculously strict commitment to bodybuilding that many begin with... as such this chapter covers basing your diet and training on how you feel, defining your goals and the diminishing returns of going all in. This is without a doubt one of the crucial must read chapters regardless of what stage of life you're currently in.

I’m SJ. I’m a fitness enthusiast and published author. I transformed my body from a skinny fat 135lbs with 18% body fat to a solid 192lbs at 8% body fat. I became qualified in a field I was passionate about. I founded several online businesses that allow me to pursue ideas and projects in my life that I am passionate about without having to constantly worry about money. I published several eBooks explaining the training and dieting techniques I used to achieve the body I have today. I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
