Inexpensive Skin Care For Men
Skin care for men does not need to be expensive or time consuming. If you want to drastically improve the condition of your skin and overall complexion you can do with only a $15 outlay (which will last you months!) and roughly 15 minutes a week.
Not only will you look better, you'll feel better too.

Implement my skin care routine and in a couple of weeks the improvements will; be extremely noticeable.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

I recommend Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar assists in eliminating acne, dry skin and balances the pH levels of your skin.
You can check out the full write-up I did on the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar for men here.

"Heritage African Black Soap, made from palm ash, tamarind extract, tar and plantain peel has been used in Africa for centuries to treat eczema, acne, oily skin, psoriasis, and other skin ailments."

I stumbled upon this soap by Chris’ recommendation here. After buying and using my first bar I promptly ordered another 10.

Check out the ingredients list to get an idea of what you’ll be blessing your body with…

African Black Soap (Base), Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Meal, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Plantain Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vegetable Glycerin, Mineral Pigment, Vegetable Color, Essential Oil Blend

Instructions:

Using your 1 tablespoon measurement place 1 tablespoon of your Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay into your mixing bowl.

Proceed to add 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to your mixing bowl.

Spend several minutes mixing the healing clay and the apple cider vinegar together until a thick paste is formed (if yours is too runny add a bit more clay, if it’s too thick add a bit more apple cider vinegar).

Apply the mixture to your face using a vertical motion; the layer of the mask should be around about half an inch thick on your face.

Leave mask on for 10 – 20 minutes depending on the sensitivity of your skin – the mask will begin to tighten as it sets and your face will pulsate.

Use African Nubian black soap when you shower daily.

Conclusion

Skin care doesn’t have to be expensive, complicated or time consuming. My skin care regime, like my life, is Spartan.

$15 and 15 minutes once a week is all it takes to improve the quality of your skin dramatically. If you’ve got acne I cannot recommend the Aztec Healing Clay enough.

Apply mask weekly.

Use Nubian soap daily.

I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
