Let The Blood Spill Review: The Bodybuilding Routine That Forges Warriors

Let The Blood Spill Review

John Doe, much like Victor Pride tells it like it is, there’s no BS, no false promises or absurd supplement recommendations in 'Let The Blood Spill'.

John strikes us as a man of integrity that shares his decades of experience to build an utterly shredded physique.

You won't find the same old promises and generic advice that litters the majority of fitness blogs and books.

I honestly don't bother to review or discuss 99% of the bodybuilding or dieting books and articles that make it to my desk, but ever since speaking to John after the release of his first book, 'Becoming The Bull' I knew this man was legit.

John has both the years in the trenches grinding as well as the extensive subject matter knowledge.

Most of the guys trying to hand out advice have either have one or neither of these things.

Needless to say when John Doe releases a new book, read it. It's a breath of fresh air.

Let The Blood Spill is a concise guide that help you build a physique like no other.

You'll forge the physique of a warrior and an unbreakable mindset in the process.

What's Included with Let The Blood Spill?

Included is a 56 page PDF ebook, covering 5 in-depth chapters from a new dieting methodology and meal plans to the three phases (12 weeks total) to forging a jaw-dropping physique.

What Does Let The Blood Spill Cover?

"This is for the ones that know they want to achieve a physique of greatness and will do anything in their power to get it. This is for people who want to be more than just “in shape”. Just getting in shape doesn’t take my guidance to achieve. It just takes getting off your ass and moving.

Nah, that isn’t what I’m here for. I’m here for the ones that are so sick of not making the changes they wish to see that they’ll do almost anything short of killing someone to get it!
I’m here for the ones who are ready to take things to the next level and are bored with the land of mediocrity, comfort, and just floating through life without the feeling of killing shit on a regular basis!"  - John Doe

The X2 Diet Template

John delves into a bunch of dieting mistakes and misconceptions that many gym-goers have been making for years before laying out the style of dieting (along with meals!) you'll be using to forge your new physique.
One of the key things here is the form of dieting and meals used in Let The Blood Spill are sustainable, you're not going to be blowing your bank account or your sanity keeping up with this regime.

Steroid Stacks To Go To War

If you want to go down the 'enhanced' route you'll find this chapter to be an absolute gold mine - John details 10 different stacks along with dosages etc.
As I said, you do not need to go down this route to forge an incredible physique using this program, but should you want to you've got all the information you'll need, including post cycle therapy etc. listed within the pages of this book.

"Don’t get me wrong, you can still get great results using nothing at all or just a few supplements, but honestly speaking, these are some demanding workouts that could use a bit more recovery and enhancement than what you or Mother Nature could provide. Like I said before, why lie to you?" - John Doe

These 3 phases promote maximum muscle stimulation, periodization to assist with recovery, and active recovery.
You'll find within the twelve week programmed presented to you in this book you'll have maximum intensity days along with a diet to fuel you for those specific days, you'll find that there are also days designed to pre-fatigue and 'touch' the muscle so to speak.
This is where John Doe's extensive knowledge and experience shine through, showing how a sustainable, time-tested regime should be created.
John knows that if you were going to go to maximum intensity every single day you'd either hurt yourself or burn out both physically and mentally.

Pros of Let The Blood Spill by John Doe

This Book Covers EVERYTHING

The majority of fitness books, particularly those promising to help you build an insane physique over X amount of time (in this case we're referring to the 12 weeks) go in-depth in one or two particular areas, but you're always left feeling like there were sections that were skimmed over very briefly, as if the author was working within a strict word count.

From the workout regime to diet, supplementation, anabolics & even mindset tools like how to compartmentalize your workout to get through it easier, every detail is covered here.

The Workout Regime Is Precise

Progressive overload and periodization are the key to gaining size and strength, as such John implements a detailed training regime utilizing these proven techniques.
What I'm training to say is if you follow this guide as prescribed you WILL make leaps and bounds in terms of muscle mass and strength.

Cons of Let The Blood Spill by John Doe

Sorry Beginners, This One Isn't For You

Unless you've got a couple of years in the gym under your belt there are a number of other routines out there better suited to you.
The volume and intensity of this regime is best suited for those with a couple of years under their belt as your body will likely not be able to recover fast enough to keep up.

There Are Days You're Going To Want To Quit (These 12 Weeks Are Intense!)

Our physique does not want to change. It wants to maintain the current shape it is in.
This routine will take everything you've got and in return you'll forge a physique that tells the tale of what you've been through

I personally don't see this as a con, but too many guys in the gym expect high level gains to come easy. They don't and they won't... this is no exception.
