10 Kettlebell Complexes That’ll Kick Your Ass & Make You Stronger

Kettlebell Complexes

When the majority of guys think of kettlebell workouts they think of the usual few sets of kettlebell swings and perhaps a set of kettlebell goblet squats or two...

Relatively light weight, high reps... not overly attractive if immense conditioning or increasing strength are your primary goals.

Enter kettlebell complexes...

All you need are a pair of kettlebells and the right mindset...

Kettlebell complexes are a series of exercises chained together.
Each exercise is to be performed one after the other with zero rest and zero resetting of the kettlebell.

Not only will these kettlebell complexes kick your ass in record time, you'll also find the large amount of time under tension to have you packing on both size and strength.

Complexes aren't specific to kettlebells... but they're the best!

A complex movement can be performed with a barbell, dumbbell, sandbag or any other piece of equipment for that matter, but none of them are as fluid as kettlebell complexes.

The ability to swing and clean a kettlebell to the rack position in one movement ensures you're constantly maintaining tension while also reducing the clumsiness of transitioning from one exercise in your complex to the next.

You can't swing a barbell between your legs!

I published several eBooks explaining the training and dieting techniques I used to achieve the body I have today. I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
