Want to replicate the success of those top tier athletes and business titans?

"Of course I do but I'm just one person SJ, I don't know where to get started or what to do!"

Take a leaf out of their book.

As Ralph Emerson said, hitch your wagon to a star.

It's not until you read the biographies and hear the story of these successful individuals that we learn that during their rise up they had a mentor, a partner or an experienced advisor.
They weren't always walking blindly as they grinded away to achieve their goals and reach the echelon of success that they're known for today.

"But I don't need help, I think it's better to go it alone!"

The above quote is exactly how I used to think, but with lack of experience comes a lot of trial, error and failure...

Don't get me wrong, failure is necessary but trial and error on a large scale takes time.

Time is the most precious commodity you've got.

Hitch your wagon to a star and cut the learning curve, don't make the same mistakes that they did.

I created this blog, Ignore Limits to eliminate that exact learning curve for you.

I don't want you to spend 2 years in your backyard at home with a pair of dumbbells hitting every variation of bicep curl you can conceive while drinking nothing but powdered milk.
I've been there, it doesn't work.

Motivation, accountability and perspective.

When you go in alone you've got nothing but yourself.

The path is long, and over time without someone else to keep your reliable and accountable consistency tends to drop off.

I speak from experience, would you sleep in if you were training with Arnold Schwarzengger at 5am tomorrow morning? Even if you woke up exhausted, I don't think so.
If you promised yourself you were getting up at 5am to train by yourself? Well I'm sure you could find a way to make an exception, that this morning wasn't an important workout anyway so you'll benefit more by staying in bed.

They've walked the path you're on, they can see if you're headed in the right direction and you KNOW that the result you're after is attainable - because your star is what you want to become.

I’m SJ. I’m a fitness enthusiast and published author. I transformed my body from a skinny fat 135lbs with 18% body fat to a solid 192lbs at 8% body fat. I became qualified in a field I was passionate about. I founded several online businesses that allow me to pursue ideas and projects in my life that I am passionate about without having to constantly worry about money. I published several eBooks explaining the training and dieting techniques I used to achieve the body I have today. I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
