The fitness community is full of 'fake naturals' what is a fake natural you ask?
A fake natural is an individual who claims to be natural (has not touched steroids or any other hormone altering supplements or fat burners) yet clearly has.

As a natural, a specific style of training and dieting is required, the overall blueprint I have found to work is:
- Follow a flexible dieting
- Count your calories
- Lift heavy
- Focus on your compound exercises
- Perform small amounts of hypertrophy based isolation training AFTER you have hit your main compound lifts
- Stay consistent, don't alter your routine every other week
