1 Thing All Successful People Do Before They Go To Bed

Regardless of whether they're a fitness icon like Greg Plitt, an internet marketer like Tai Lopez or a Silicon Valley giant like Mark Zuckerberg, these men all share one thing in common (along with oodles of other successful people). This habit they all share is so simple, and may appear insignificant but it's not.

It's the small success habits like these that, compounded over days, weeks and years add up to make all the difference

All successful people prepare for tomorrow the evening before...

All this takes is the exercising of your discipline and 5 minutes of your time and will set you up for a productive day from the get-go, there'll be no procrastinating and fussing about early in the morning to decide what you're going to wear and what you're going to do that day - you don't want to deplete your willpower and find yourself with a case of decision fatigue before the day has begun.

Step 1 - Lay Your Clothes Out

Regardless of whether you're going to the bench press or the board room upon waking you must have your clothes layed out and prepared for the morning so you don't need to choose or hunt down what you're going to wear.

Why? You'll save time and reduce the number of decisions you're making which will allow your willpower to remain at full force for longer.

I personally wear the same outfit to the gym each and every day, a plain black H&M singlet and a pair of dark dark blue under armour shorts with compression.

I own 7 pairs of this outfit and I lay it out in anticipation the night before my 5am workout.

Step 2 - Prepare Your Daily Goals

Without a to-do list or goals list you're not going to have a compelling reason to get out of bed in the morning.

You must know what you've got to do before it's time to do it. Have 3 - 5 things written down either on a small whiteboard or in a notepad next to your bed.

Wake up, get dressed in your clothes you layed out then begin to forge your way through your to-do list...

It's the small routines that set individuals up for success, get started tonight and you'll notice the difference tomorrow!

I’m SJ. I’m a fitness enthusiast and published author. I transformed my body from a skinny fat 135lbs with 18% body fat to a solid 192lbs at 8% body fat. I became qualified in a field I was passionate about. I founded several online businesses that allow me to pursue ideas and projects in my life that I am passionate about without having to constantly worry about money. I published several eBooks explaining the training and dieting techniques I used to achieve the body I have today. I learnt a plethora of new information on dieting and fitness by reading and applying what I read, to find out what does work and what doesn’t work, because as I’m sure you’ve noticed the health and fitness industry is full of non-sense claims and BS. I found out what was true and what worked for me and applied that knowledge. And you bet I had fun during the whole process.
