'Beyond Training' by Ben Greenfield earns my book recommendation of the month!
This book focuses on recovery, health and wellbeing outside of the gym.
Ben explains and explores overtraining, how to improve the quality of your workouts in the gym and much, much more.
Ben does go quite into detail in certain sections of the book however there are a plethora of health, fitness & exercise hacks suitable for anyone.
