Conor McGregor... he's the talk of the town, the Irishman who made his UFC Debut in April 2013 that has gained momentum like a speeding train to claim the Featherweight title in the UFC.

In each and every one of Conor McGregor's interviews, predictions and post-fight press conferences it is clear that this man attributes his success to his strong belief in the law of attraction.

The law of attraction, popularized by 'The Secret' is the philosophy that by thinking about an end state or goal day after day you'll attract that thing into your life. As Bruce Lee said, "as you think, so shall you become".

I'm sure you've seen the law of attraction work against people too, the negative thinker that's always finding something else to whine about or another event that didn't go their way to cry over. They're a magnet. Their mind will forever steer them into the unfavourable winds of life because that's all they think about.

When it comes to using the law of attraction to work for you here's where most people go wrong...

 They think about what they want but they don't take action!

You can't build a ripped fitness model physique if you don't get off the couch.

You can however, visualize your success each and every day WHILE putting one foot in front of the other by getting your workouts in, by eating correctly, by understanding progressive overload and other imperative training and nutrition principles.

The lesson...

Don't want something.

Have it.

Visualize it, have it your mind.

That goal physique, that first place trophy, that car in your driveway.

Whatever it is your chasing.

Work like hell for it while envisioning it's already yours.

As Conor McGregor said:

"This is the law of attraction. When things are going good and you visualize these good things, that's easy. What's not easy to do is when things are going bad, and you're visualizing the good stuff. And that was what I was able to do. Even though I was having these troubles at home, and even though I had no job, and nothing was happening, I was still able to feel like it was. I was like a kid using my imagination. Driving in my girlfriends little car, a little Peugeot 206 shaking down the road, I was visualizing my success. I'm sitting at the steering wheel visualizing a brand new car, visualizing good things in times of struggle. And when you can do that, that really makes the law of attraction work. It really attracts the fortune to you more, when you're in the struggle and still visualizing these things."
